Inspirational Book: Raving Fans! by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles

I just finished another great book and would like to share it with you.  Raving Fans! by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles is not a typical “How To” book.  I find that I need to sometimes have the right energy level to read those as they usually lay out steps one by one, chapter by chapter.  This book exhibits a philosophy about customer service I would say is similar to the Ritz Carlton way.(Also read The New Gold Standard by Michelli).  The authors creatively tell a story using all the elements of their philosophy on how to create a great customer base.  Customer service in this country is not a main priority for companies.  When it comes to the customers they are always on the fence just ready for the company to make a mistake, almost expecting a mistake that will leave them looking for another company to fill the shoes.  It is a very quick easy, enjoyable read of about 130 pages (paperback).  If you really want to know what the 3 secrets to having a superior customer service system are then you have to read this book.
